Thuritham Ads is a website which provides facility for both buyers and sellers to publish classified advertisements to sell or buy goods and services. All those who use Thuritham Ads (advertisers and users) should read below terms and conditions before use it and should abide from them.
- Thuritham Ads reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of the Terms and Conditions. Thuritham Ads management advise to advertisers and users to read them carefully before use the website.
- Thuritham Ads collets some information of users and advertisers before post their advertisements. Users and advertisers give their consent to Thuritham Ads and its management to use those information for administration, marketing and research purposes in order to improve the Thuritham Ads
- Publish, not to publish or Un-publish an Advertisement, make any modification, alternation, block or delete any user, advertisement, membership and content of advertisement or any service provided by us without prior notice or approval are the rights of Thuritham Ads management.
- Thuritham Ads and its management will not take any responsibility for any illegality or any inaccuracy of the Contents of advertisements. Advertisers and users should ensure that advertising content, text, images, graphics and videos uploaded for inclusion on Thuritham Ads are comply with all applicable laws.
- Advertisers and users agree to release Thuritham Ads and its management from all obligations, liabilities and claims arising in connection with violation of said rights.
- Advisers and users should ensure that advertising content do not violate any copyright, intellectual property rights or any other right of any person or entity
- Thuritham Ads and its management can use, reproduce, modify or publish the contents of advertisements in any form. Advertisers and users grant sole authority for that.
- All images on Thuritham Ads are watermarked, to prevent those images to be used for other purposes without consent of the advertiser.
- Thuritham Adsand its management reserve the right to change the title of the Content for editorial purposes. Also they reserve the right not to publish images that are irrelevant or images that violate the Thuritham Ads rules or common law.
- Thuritham Ads and Its management have the right to cooperate with authorities in case of violation the law by any published content.
- The identity of advertisers or users may be disclosed with the available information in such cases.
- Thuritham Ads will not refund any paid money to us for any reason.
- Thuritham Ads and its management do not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Web Site. The Web Site is provided “as is” and as and when available.
- Advertisers and users agree to indemnify Thuritham Ads and its managers as well as all other relevant parties from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of this Terms and Conditions.
- Thuritham Ads is operated under the laws and regulations of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
